The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness hygiene and upkeep of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas as per hotel standards The role contributes directly to guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean comfortable and welcoming environment Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms bathrooms corridors and public areas as per established standards Replace bed linens towels and other amenities in guest rooms Replenish supplies such as toiletries drinking water and stationery Ensure proper use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently Report any maintenance issues damages or lost found items to the supervisor Follow departmental SOPs for room cleaning and turndown service Maintain high standards of personal hygiene grooming and uniform Assist in laundry and linen handling when required Ensure carts trolleys and storage areas are well-organized and stocked Follow safety sanitation and hygiene standards at all times Provide courteous and prompt service to guests when approached Qualifications Skills High school diploma in hospitality preferred not mandatory Prior experience in housekeeping hotel resort is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit to perform cleaning duties Attention to detail and a positive attitude Ability to work in a team and adaptable with shifts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund
