Job description We re looking for an HR Executive Cum Customer Support Executive to join our food processing company This is a unique dual-role position where you ll be responsible for both human resources functions and providing excellent customer support Responsibilities Human Resources HR Recruitment and Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations Facilitate the onboarding process for recent employees ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns and help resolve workplace conflicts Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Performance Management Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Customer Support Customer Communication Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints via phone email and social media in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about our food products their preparation and our company policies Customer Feedback Analysis Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
