Job Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content growing our online community running paid campaigns and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness engagement and conversions Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals Create schedule and publish engaging content posts reels stories videos etc across platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok Twitter etc Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager Instagram LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads if applicable Monitor and respond to audience comments messages and reviews in a timely manner Track KPIs and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies Collaborate with design content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency Stay updated with the latest social media trends tools and best practices Run influencer and partnership collaborations to enhance brand reach Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager Digital Marketing Executive Social Media Specialist Strong knowledge of major social platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok Twitter Experience in running paid social media campaigns Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Buffer or similar Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills Basic knowledge of graphic design tools Canva Photoshop Illustrator preferred Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports Robust organizational and time management skills Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Work Location In person
