Designation HR Recruiter Location Vasai Remuneration 4LPA to 6LPA Experience 4- 5 years Company Description Rochem Separation Systems a subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems Limited has been offering 100 water reuse solutions to treat industrial wastewater since 1992 Headquartered in India with a presence in 5 continents we recycle 70 million liters of wastewater daily across 2000 installations We are an integrated end-to-end solutions provider covering design component manufacturing installation commissioning operation and maintenance and IoT plus AI-based digitalization solutions We lead in breakthrough and disruptive technological innovations including Zero Liquid Discharge ZLD systems and provide world-class 24x7 operations and maintenance services Our purpose is to reduce water stress achieve partner economic viability and support the circular economy for a better future Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Recruiter located in Bandra The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers The Recruiter will also be tasked with developing effective recruiting strategies maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts and participating in career fairs and networking events Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment talent acquisition and sourcing Strong skills in resume screening conducting interviews and managing the hiring process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain candidate databases Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and other recruiting tools Experience in building relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Experience in the water treatment or environmental services industry is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
