Job Title Head - Human Resources Company Exim Logistics Pvt Ltd Location EXIM LOGISTICS PVT LTD DCB 928-931 9th floor DLF Cyber City Patia Bhubaneswar Odisha India Pin-751024 Reporting To Director CEO Job Purpose The Head - HR will lead the Human Resources function for Exim Logistics Pvt Ltd by developing and executing HR strategies that support organizational goals This role involves managing recruitment employee relations performance management training development statutory compliance and driving a positive work culture across all locations Key Responsibilities HR Strategy Leadership Develop and implement HR policies systems and processes aligned with business objectives Act as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning and organizational development Lead HR team to ensure smooth and effective HR operations Talent Acquisition Management Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees across all departments Implement talent retention strategies and succession planning Manage workforce allocation to meet operational needs Employee Relations Engagement Build and maintain healthy employee relations grievance handling and conflict resolution Design and execute employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity Promote a culture of performance accountability and continuous improvement Performance Management Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems Align individual KPIs with organizational goals Provide guidance to managers for effective team management Training Development Identify skill gaps and design training interventions Develop leadership and capability-building programs Encourage continuous learning and professional growth Compliance Administration Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and company policies Handle payroll inputs attendance systems and HR documentation Oversee disciplinary processes in line with legal and organizational guidelines Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills In-depth knowledge of HR practices labor laws and compliance Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics supply chain environment Qualification Experience MBA PGDM in Human Resources or related field 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role Prior experience in logistics supply chain transport or related industry preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
