Overview Keysight Business Reporting and Tools KBRT tools team is responsible for publishing Keysight wide financial reports on KBRT website GIS and business analytics Managing enterprise wide financial tools Business Compliance and accounting processes This position will primarily be responsible for closely working with Business finance and prepare financial reports linked to P L and balance sheet accounts to facilitate review analysis of the numbers and decision making The candidate should be well versed with internal SOX controls local legal and US GAAP requirements The candidates should be willing and able to take on responsibilities be collaborative and display self-starter attitude while demonstrating energy to remove roadblocks and drive results by engaging with other internal teams Responsibilities Work on critical finance project and perform reporting consolidation across finance Interpreting financial information and responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports Liaise with various departments to understand reporting needs and prepare reports accordingly Should be proactive in addressing process issues front end internal customer queries Should be a team player and should back up the other team members in times of need Good Communication skills written and oral ability to perform multi-tasking Self-driven positive flexible towards work ability to solve problems independently and bring innovative ideas to improve the current process Qualifications Should be professionally qualified CA ICWA or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 2 years work experience in a MNC environment Robust knowledge and experience in reporting and analytics Should be able to understand the dynamics and do meaningful analysis and reporting of data Strong accounting background knowledge and analytical skills Experience on ERP Oracle Advanced knowledge of MS XL Powerpoint and word
