About the Role We are looking for a responsible and experienced Party Hall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our party hall The ideal candidate will handle client interactions maintain the hall and ensure smooth management of day-to-day activities Key Responsibilities Show the party hall to prospective clients and explain facilities packages and services Manage day-to-day operations of the hall including cleanliness maintenance and readiness for events Coordinate with clients and vendors for event requirements Maintain booking records and schedules basic computer knowledge required Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service Supervise staff helpers if any and ensure proper event execution Report to management on hall usage issues and improvements Requirements Minimum age 35 years and above Basic computer knowledge MS Office Excel for bookings records Good communication and people management skills Prior experience in hall management hospitality event coordination is a plus Must be living near Ullal Main Road Nagarbhavi Jnananjyothinagar Muddinapalya or Mallathahalli Ability to take ownership and responsibility of the hall Salary Benefits Salary 18 000 - 20 000 Opportunity to work in a growing event hospitality setup Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
