Job Title Purchase Manager Company Sahita Construction Company Location Bhopal Madhya Pradesh Experience Required 5 to 8 Years Industry Construction Real Estate Infrastructure Department Procurement Purchase Job Summary Sahita Construction Company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement related to building construction projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end purchase process - from identifying material requirements to final delivery at site - while ensuring quality timely delivery and cost efficiency Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of construction materials consumables machinery spares and services required for multiple projects Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements Identify and develop a reliable vendor base for critical materials Negotiate rates delivery terms and payment terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency Maintain and track purchase schedules and ensure timely material availability at project sites Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies during procurement Coordinate with Site Engineers Project Managers and Storekeepers to understand material needs Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers Prepare MIS reports related to procurement cost tracking and vendor performance Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of purchase records bills and delivery notes Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Diploma or Degree in Material Management or Supply Chain preferred Minimum 5-8 years of purchase experience in the building construction industry Strong knowledge of construction materials cement steel aggregates finishing items etc Good negotiation analytical and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and ERP or Tally systems Ability to handle multiple projects sites at a time Strong vendor network and market knowledge Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
