The Executive - Stores Fabrication will be responsible for overseeing the receipt storage and issue of construction materials fabrication works inventory management and ensuring proper material availability at sites The role demands coordination with project teams vendors and fabrication units to ensure timely supply and quality compliance Key Responsibilities Stores Management Manage receipt inspection storage and issuance of construction materials tools and consumables Maintain stock registers GRNs MRNs and issue slips as per company procedures Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid project delays Ensure proper stacking labeling and preservation of materials at site warehouse Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies Fabrication Management Coordinate with site project teams for fabrication material requirements Supervise fabrication works steel aluminum wood etc as per drawings and BOQ Monitor cutting welding bending and assembly works for accuracy and quality Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials with minimum wastage Verify measurements quality and dispatch of fabricated items to sites Coordination Compliance Liaise with purchase vendors and project teams for timely delivery of materials Ensure adherence to company SOPs quality standards and safety norms Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward movement of materials Support audits MIS reporting and data submission to management Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of construction materials fabrication processes and inventory management Proficiency in ERP software SAP Tally MS Excel for store management Good understanding of BOQ drawings and material specifications Robust coordination planning and communication skills Ability to lead storekeepers workmen and supervise fabrication workshops Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
