Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee our warehouse operations The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures Key Responsibilities Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory records conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock levels are optimized Order Management Oversee the ordering receiving and distribution of products and supplies Warehouse Operations Supervise warehouse staff delegate tasks and ensure efficient workflow Supplier Relations Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues Reporting Generate detailed reports on inventory levels discrepancies and performance metrics Loss Prevention Develop and implement protocols to minimise inventory loss and ensure product quality Experience Minimum of 1-2 years in inventory management or a related field Must have Tally knowledge Education Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred Skills Proficiency in inventory management software strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy items and work in a warehouse environment Job Type Full-time Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
