The ANM will provide basic nursing care maternal and child health services assist doctors and staff nurses and ensure proper patient care as per hospital healthcare center standards Key Responsibilities Provide basic nursing care to patients including monitoring vital signs administering medications and assisting with daily activities Support maternal and child health services including antenatal postnatal and newborn care Assist doctors and senior nurses during procedures treatments and minor surgeries Maintain cleanliness infection control and proper hygiene in the assigned ward unit Educate patients and families on health nutrition hygiene and immunization Ensure proper documentation of patient records treatment charts and reports Assist in community health programs vaccination drives and outreach services if required Handle medical equipment carefully and report any faults immediately Follow hospital protocols ethical standards and patient confidentiality norms Qualifications Skills ANM diploma course recognized by Nursing Council Registration with the State Nursing Council Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and first aid Good communication and patient care skills Ability to work in a team and under pressure Compassionate disciplined and responsible Work Conditions Rotational shifts day night as per duty roster May involve community visits and field duties depending on organizational requirements Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
