HG Insights is a leader in technology intelligence providing data-driven insights that help businesses make strategic decisions about technology investments and market opportunities We transform raw data into actionable intelligence that drives revenue growth and competitive advantage for our customers What You ll Do We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design process from concept to delivery The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for the user with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive accessible and engaging digital experiences You will be a key player in our product team translating user needs and business goals into effective design solutions Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UX design process from initial research and ideation to wireframing prototyping and final implementation Conduct and lead user research and usability testing to deeply understand user behavior needs and pain points Synthesize findings into actionable design insights Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers and stakeholders to define product strategy requirements and features Create and maintain design deliverables such as user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization ensuring design decisions are data-informed and user-validated Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products Qualifications 7 years of professional experience in a UX design role with at least 2 years in a senior capacity A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user research interaction design and visual design Proficiency with modern AI based design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Loveable Zeplin Proven experience leading user research methodologies e g interviews surveys usability tests and data analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to a variety of audiences including senior leadership Experience working in an Agile development setting is highly desirable A bachelor s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field is preferred Skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving User-centered design and design thinking methodologies Information architecture and interaction design Empathy for users and the ability to advocate for their needs Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
