Core Responsibilities Quality System Management Maintain quality management systems QMS and control plans to ensure products and processes meet standards Product and Process Inspection Conduct detailed inspections and tests on materials equipment processes and finished products at various stages to identify defects Data Analysis Problem Solving Collect analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and root causes of issues and then implement corrective and preventive actions Compliance Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations and industry standards Documentation Create and maintain quality control documentation including inspection reports test results and non-conformance reports NCRs Audits Conduct internal and external quality audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement Collaboration Work closely with design engineers manufacturing teams and other departments to address quality issues throughout the product lifecycle Troubleshooting Provide technical support on the production floor to help resolve immediate quality-related problems Training Provide training and guidance to other employees on quality control procedures and standards Job Type Full time Pay 14 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
