About EdTerra EdTerra is a leading experiential learning and student travel company that designs and delivers educational tours camps and immersive programs We pride ourselves on creating secure enriching and memorable travel experiences for students and schools across India Position Overview The Domestic Travel Manager will oversee and manage all domestic travel operations for EdTerra in India This role is responsible for planning coordinating and executing educational trips within India ensuring high-quality services cost efficiency safety and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Plan organize and manage all domestic travel itineraries and operations for students teachers and staff Negotiate with vendors transport providers and accommodation partners to secure the best rates and services Ensure all trips comply with EdTerra s safety security and quality standards Coordinate with schools internal teams and on-ground staff for seamless execution of tours Manage travel budgets expense tracking and reporting Resolve travel-related issues emergencies and last-minute changes effectively Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners vendors and tourism boards to expand offerings Monitor industry trends seasonal destinations and pricing to enhance the program portfolio Train and supervise on-ground coordinators tour managers and support staff Maintain travel documentation contracts and regulatory compliance for domestic tours Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality Business Administration or a related field 4-6 years of experience in travel management domestic preferably in the education or group travel sector Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of domestic destinations logistics and travel regulations Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software tools Outstanding communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly Job Type Full-time Pay 14 308 66 - 53 393 82 per month Application Question s What is your current salary Work Location In person
