About the Role We are a fast-growing international consumer electronics company selling through online marketplaces Amazon Flipkart and offline distributors The Finance Manager will lead the India finance team ensure compliance and provide insights to support rapid business growth Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Leadership Compliance Oversee the finance function ensure compliance with Ind AS IFRS and statutory requirements GST Customs TDS FEMA 2 E-commerce Finance Manage Amazon Flipkart and other platform settlements reconciliations and dispute resolution 3 Distributor Channel Finance Handle credit control trade discounts rebates and track sell-in sell-out performance 4 Inventory Cost Control Monitor inventory logistics and costs with warehouse and supply chain teams 5 Reporting Planning Prepare financial reports budgets forecasts and support HQ on cash flow and strategic decisions Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance CA CPA preferred 8 years finance experience with 3 years in a managerial role consumer electronics FMCG or e-commerce preferred Strong knowledge of marketplace and distributor finance taxation and import export Proficiency in ERP systems Tally SAP Oracle NetSuite and advanced Excel Excellent English communication ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Lead a high-growth international brand s India finance team Directly support multi-channel sales strategy Competitive salary and growth opportunities opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
