Job Summary The Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall well-being discipline and administration of the hostel The role requires a mature caring individual to supervise residents maintain order and discipline and ensure a secure and healthy living environment Responsible for the allotment of rooms to the residents Oversees the general maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises Monitors the quality of food served in the hostel Maintains strict discipline among residents Reports incidents of indiscipline or misbehavior to the Director Attends to grievances complaints from residents and takes necessary action if found genuine Provides first aid during emergencies and arranges for hospitalization of residents staff when needed Educational Qualification Any Degree Graduate or 10th 12th pass candidates with relevant experience Gender Female Experience Prior experience in hostel management preferred but not mandatory Contact (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
