Job Title CNC Operator - Operating Setting Department Production Manufacturing Shift 12 Hours Location Pipodra Surat Salary Up to 27 000 month Job Summary We are hiring a CNC Operator with hands-on experience in machine operating and basic setting tool changing zero setting and job loading The candidate should be capable of running production as per drawing specifications with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machine safely and efficiently Do basic machine setting tool offset job setting zero reference and work offset Load unload components and fixtures as per cycle Check part accuracy using vernier micrometer and gauges Maintain production cycle time and report output Conduct visual and dimensional inspection as per QC standards Clean machine area and follow daily maintenance routine Report abnormal sounds vibrations or breakdowns to maintenance supervisor Required Qualifications ITI Diploma in Mechanical Fitter Turner or equivalent 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator Operating Setting only Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and follow work instructions Familiar with basic control panels FANUC Siemens etc Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle shifts Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 9 241 84 - 26 000 00 per month Experience Cnc operating 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
