About the Role Executive - System Administration IT You will be responsible for managing and supporting our on-premises IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance security and reliability You will work closely with other departments to deliver seamless and efficient IT services Roles Responsibilities Design implement and manage on-premises IT infrastructure including servers laptops computers storage systems and network devices routers switches access points Configure monitor and troubleshoot office internet connectivity Wi-Fi networks and LAN WAN environments to ensure seamless and secure access Maintain firewalls and VPN setups to ensure secure remote and internal access Monitor and maintain system performance uptime and reliability for business-critical applications Perform system backups and manage disaster recovery plans Deploy and manage virtualization platforms VMware Hyper-V Provide end-user support for hardware software and connectivity issues Ensure best practices in IT security patching updates and vulnerability scans Collaborate across departments on IT projects and recent implementations Maintain technical documentation network diagrams configuration records and SOPs Stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and recommend upgrades or optimizations Education Skills Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Proven experience as a System Admin or similar role in managing on-premises IT infrastructure Familiarity with storage systems and backup solutions Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Location Marol Andheri East Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question s Are you familiar with managing and troubleshooting on-premises servers and network devices Are you comfortable maintaining and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks routers and switches Have you supported employees with common laptop issues e g system crashes OS installation driver problems Would you be okay travelling to Marol Andheri for work 5 days a week Please Note Only Mumbai based candidates will be contacted for this role What is your current CTC What is your notice period in days please mention 0 if none Work Location In person
