Job Summary Operate grinding and deburring equipment to achieve exact finishes on metal components supporting Witzenmann s production of metal hoses bellows and industrial parts Ensure quality safety and productivity standards are met in line with the company s global manufacturing excellence Key Responsibilities Set up and tend hand grinders power grinders and other deburring tools to remove burrs sharp edges rust scale or other surface imperfections from workpieces Securely position adjust and feed workpieces using chucks fixtures arbors or automatic feeding mechanisms Monitor and inspect machine operation detect abnormalities or malfunctions Use measuring tools calipers micrometers templates to verify dimensions and maintain zero non-conformance Perform routine tool and machine maintenance oil clean add coolant change tooling after training and approval Maintain accurate production documentation adhere to quality alerts job instructions cleaning plans and boundary samples Uphold company safety standards and PPE protocols maintain cleanliness of machine and work area Communicate effectively with team members maintenance staff and supervisors to maintain productivity Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
