Job Title Sourcing Agent - Nurses Doctors Company Connect and Heal Primary Care Pvt Ltd Location HSR Layout Bangalore Job Type Full-time Salary 3 5 Lakh to 4 5 Lakh About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive for hiring of nurses and doctors for Occupational Health Centres OHCs wellness camps medical drives and other onsite healthcare projects across PAN India You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to meet time-sensitive staffing needs in both urban and remote locations Key Responsibilities Source qualified nurses ANM GNM BSc and doctors MBBS MD DNB for on-site assignments like Occupational Health Centres factory plant corporate setups Preventive health checkup camps Vaccination and wellness drives Emergency on-call deployments Conduct telephonic or video screening to assess qualifications experience availability and license validity Maintain a live database of region-wise medical professionals with their readiness for short-term long-term assignments Coordinate interviews documentation onboarding and deployment logistics with internal stakeholders Build strong relationships with local recruitment vendors nursing colleges and medical institutions to expand sourcing networks Track sourcing KPIs and report weekly hiring status to the Talent Acquisition Manager Required Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in any discipline HR Life Sciences or Healthcare preferred Experience 1-3 years in healthcare recruitment field sourcing or operations hiring Experience in sourcing for on-ground healthcare roles OHC camps industrial setups Skills Strong communication skills English Hindi regional languages are an advantage Familiarity with job portals social media hiring Excel Google Sheets Ability to handle high-pressure timelines and manage remote deployments Basic knowledge of medical role requirements licensing and certifications If you are excited to help build India s frontline healthcare teams and thrive in a fast-paced high-impact environment we d love to hear from you Job Type Full time Pay 350 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year
