Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily site operations at our residential and commercial real estate construction projects in Mohali The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil construction hands-on supervisory experience and the ability to manage teams to ensure timely and quality project execution Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers laborers and subcontractors Monitor daily site operations and ensure compliance with construction plans specifications and safety standards Ensure proper allocation and use of manpower tools and materials Coordinate with site engineers project managers and other departments to ensure smooth workflow Conduct daily site inspections and provide progress updates to senior management Maintain daily work logs reports and records Ensure that safety procedures and protocols are strictly followed on-site Solve on-site issues and disputes quickly and efficiently Ensure proper maintenance of construction equipment and tools Requirements Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Construction Building Works preferred Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in real estate construction projects Robust knowledge of building methods construction practices and safety regulations Ability to read blueprints drawings and technical documents Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with construction materials and project timelines Must be physically fit and willing to work on-site full-time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience total 5 years Preferred Real estate 5 years Preferred Location Mohali Punjab Preferred Work Location In person
