Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and manage daily production activities in Injection and Blow Moulding processes Ensure optimum utilization of machines manpower and materials to meet production targets Monitor machine performance cycle times and process parameters to achieve consistent product quality Implement and maintain 5S Lean Kaizen and other process improvement initiatives Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns Maintain records of production downtime and material usage Train and develop the shop floor team on SOPs safety practices and quality standards Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental policies Coordinate with QA QC teams to address product or process issues promptly Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement Liaise with planning purchase stores and dispatch for smooth workflow Qualifications Skills Diploma or B E B Tech in Mechanical Plastics Polymer Engineering Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Injection and Blow Moulding production Strong knowledge of moulding machines e g Husky Ferromatik Aoki etc and auxiliary equipment Job Type Full time Pay 17 628 68 - 68 117 74 per month Work Location In person
