- Audit In charge Head Job Title Audit In charge Head Job Location Head Office Department Audit Department Reports to MD-CEO Introduction An Audit Head in a Bank is responsible collectively contribute to the robustness of the Bank s internal controls risk management and overall governance framework Job Responsibilities 1 To develop and implement a risk-based audit strategy aligned with the Bank s objective and regulatory requirements 2 To ensure that the Bank s operations comply with relevant regulatory standards and stay updated on changes in Banking Laws and regulation RBI guidelines 3 To evaluate and strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks related to financial reporting operational processes and compliance 4 To lead and manage a team of auditors providing guidance training and support to ensure the effective execution of audit plans 5 To conduct through risk assessments to identify and prioritize areas of concern within the Bank s operations 6 To oversee financial audits including the examination of financial statements accounting practices and adherence to accounting standards 7 To conduct operational audits fraud detection audits 8 To report the audit findings recommendations and reports to senior management and regulatory authorities 9 To monitor the implementation of audit recommendations track progress and verify that corrective actions are effectively implemented Qualifications Required Qualifications Graduate Post graduate from a recognized university CAIIB certification is mandatory Should have at least 20-25 years of Banking experience with minimum 15 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Qualified certifications in CIA CPA or CA will be preferred Behavioral Characteristics o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent communication skills Leadership skills o Proficient in domain knowledge o High level of inter-personal skills integrity Age Below 50 years Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 3 000 000 00 - 4 500 000 00 per year Schedule Monday to Friday Ability to commute relocate Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s How many years of Banking experience do you have Any Professional certifications in CIA CPA or CA As a Audit Head in a Bank are you responsible collectively contribute to the robustness of the Bank s internal controls risk management and overall governance framework Work Location In person
