Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr Executive - Purchase with robust expertise in sourcing and procurement of Motor Rotor Sheet Metal and Electrical commodities The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management cost control procurement planning and ensuring timely availability of quality materials for production requirements Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Identify evaluate and develop suppliers for motors rotors electrical components and sheet metal parts Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing and terms Procurement Operations Issue purchase orders POs track deliveries and ensure adherence to lead times and quality standards Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent production delays and excess stock Vendor Development Management Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Regularly audit suppliers for compliance with quality cost and delivery parameters Evaluate supplier performance using key metrics like OTIF On Time In Full quality scorecards and cost-effectiveness Cost Control Benchmarking Conduct market analysis and cost benchmarking to ensure procurement at the most competitive rates Implement cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and alternate sourcing Coordination Documentation Collaborate with Engineering Production Quality and Finance teams for seamless procurement operations Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and supplier performance Compliance Risk Management Ensure procurement complies with company policies ethical practices and regulatory requirements Identify and mitigate supply chain risks proactively Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Supply Chain Commerce MBA preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
