Company Profile Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar is a premium hospitality brand offering a dynamic cafe lounge and bar experience across multiple outlets Renowned for quality beverages innovative menus and strong operational standards Pyramid focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strict controls compliance and profitability across all locations Job Title Liquor Auditor - All Outlets Job Summary The Liquor Auditor is responsible for monitoring controlling and auditing all liquor-related operations across Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar outlets This role ensures accurate inventory management minimizes pilferage and wastage maintains statutory compliance and supports management with detailed reporting and analysis of liquor costs and usage Key Responsibilities Conduct regular liquor audits across all outlets including bar storage and service areas Verify daily bar sales consumption reports and stock movement against POS data Monitor opening and closing stock physical counts and variance analysis Identify and report shortages excesses wastage spillages and pilferage Ensure standard pouring sizes and recipe compliance are followed by bar staff Audit supplier invoices liquor receipts and transfer records between outlets Maintain liquor cost reports and highlight cost control opportunities Ensure compliance with excise laws licensing requirements and internal SOPs Coordinate with outlet managers bar managers and finance teams for corrective actions Conduct surprise audits and spot checks when required Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for management Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Liquor Auditor Cost Controller or Bar Auditor in hospitality industry Strong knowledge of liquor inventory systems bar operations and excise regulations Experience with POS systems and inventory management software High attention to detail with solid analytical skills Integrity confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information Willingness to travel across multiple outlets and work flexible hours Key Performance Indicators KPIs Reduction in liquor variance and shrinkage Accuracy of inventory and audit reports Compliance with excise and statutory requirements Improvement in liquor cost percentage Timely submission of audit findings and reports Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
