Job Summary PRS Neurosciences and Mechatronics Research Institute Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join our finance team The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles attention to detail and a desire for long-term growth within the company This role involves preparing financial statements reconciling accounts and supporting various accounting functions including bookkeeping payroll and financial analysis Key Responsibilities Prepare maintain and reconcile financial statements reports and records in accordance with company policies and regulations Process invoices receipts payments and other financial transactions accurately Conduct regular account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including verifying and processing payments Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis as required Maintain and update the general ledger ensuring accuracy of entries Support audits and tax filings by providing necessary documentation and information Prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with local laws and regulations Manage bank account activities including monitoring balances and making necessary transfers Assist with financial analysis budgeting and cost control measures Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed Skills and Qualifications Experience 0-3 years in accounting or a similar role Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks Tally SAP etc and MS Excel Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Highly preferred candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate A long-term commitment to the role and company Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Strong problem-solving and analytical skills A positive attitude and a strong work ethic Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
