Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Medical Admissions Counsellor to guide students and parents through the medical admission process for Indian universities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills, with the ability to build trust and help students make informed decisions about their careers.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, and other medical programs.
- ⁠ ⁠Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, entrance exams (NEET), fee structures, scholarships, and university options.
- ⁠ ⁠Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
- ⁠ ⁠Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries professionally.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and student documents in the CRM.
- ⁠ ⁠Assist students with application forms, documentation and admission formalities.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with universities and admission partners to ensure timely processing.
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and career counselling sessions.
- ⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).




- ⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in educational counselling, preferably in medical admissions.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of NEET, medical admission procedures, and overseas education is preferred.
- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
