Position Accounts Executive Qualification

- Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles is preferred.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain purchase and sales records and verify supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements as required.




- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments for financial matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally ERP and maintain proper documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Desired Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset.
