Position Overview

- Role: Telecommunication Executive / Associate
- Experience: 0–1 year (Entry Level)

- Objective: Retain our customers and also connect to our new and old customers.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

- Direct Client handling
- Launch daily SMS, email, calling and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Write clear copy about procedure routines and product benefits.
- Set up automated offer product sales and other anniversary discount workflows.

Database & Segmentation

- Clean and organize customer contact lists daily.
- Segment users by skin type, age, and purchase history.
- Talk to clients and promote product purchase.

Performance Tracking

- Monitor campaign open rates, click rates, and conversions.
- Assist in generating weekly customer retention reports.




- Run easy A/B tests on email subject lines.

Customer Insights

- Monitor product reviews and customer feedback trends.
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve loyalty program issues.
- Share insights on trending skincare concerns with marketing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
- Domain: Strong passion for Aesthetics trends, ingredients, and routines.
- Traits: Fluency in English and other languages.
- Excellent written English and strong analytical thinking.
- Should be street smart in sales.
- Knowledge of any billing software is a added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
