Will need to …

- Analyze business processes and provide consultation for functional requirement of processes

- Effectively present various complex ideas and prepare visual and written interpretations for business projects

- Analyze process and system and recommend improvements on the same

- Coordinate with functional departments and end users, analyze requirements with impactful presentations

- Be able to compile and present information orally, visually and in writing

- Good communication

- Able to work independently / Self-driven

- Analyze client requirements and prepare the required documents for business processes and execution of same





- Team skills with ability to work well with other team members across different locations with exceptional interpersonal, team building and coordination skills

What you expected to do

- Understand customer requirements and business objectives

- Train users / document in recent and existing processes or solutions provided

- Provide assistance with technical issues

- Periodically generate reports to support the project

- MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

- Process flow related – Visio, online tools like coogle-It, Powerpoint

- Reporting tools – Power Query, Power BI
