Talkroot Pvt Ltd is a registered private limited company providing omnichannel management and customer support services to international clients. We operate under the brand Performance Wise Media and currently run projects in India, Dubai, and the USA. Our team works remotely across multiple locations.

About the role

This is a leadership-track position. We are selecting a small group of Management Trainees who will be developed into the executives who run our new project. You will work directly with the founder and the core operations team, own real client relationships from the first month, and be assessed on outcomes rather than tasks.

We hire on capability, not on the size of the city you come from. Candidates from across India, including smaller cities and towns, are encouraged to apply — the role is fully remote and your location will not affect your progression here.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research prospective clients in international markets
- Own outreach to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Manage your own pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support daily operations: coordination, reporting, and campaign tracking
- Participate in client meetings and follow-ups
- Travel for client visits when required, with all travel and expenses paid by the company
- Progressively take on responsibility for a team as the project scales

Requirements

- BBA or MBA preferred, ideally in Marketing, Operations, or Human Resources
- 0–2 years of experience; candidates at the start of their career are welcome
- Fluency in Hindi and qualified working proficiency in English




- Strong communication, ownership, and organisational skills
- A clear intention to build a long-term career with one organisation rather than change roles frequently
- Willingness to travel for client visits at short notice
- Availability for flexible hours, including some aligned with international client time zones
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection
