Position: Senior Project Lead – Education (Aarambh Program)

Experience Required: 4–6 Years

Role Overview

The Senior Project Lead will lead and manage Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Anganwadi Transformation initiatives aligned with the principles of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, training, monitoring, and coordination skills to drive impactful educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation and management of ECCE and Anganwadi Transformation projects.Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and community stakeholders.





Plan and conduct capacity-building programs and training sessions for educators and field teams.

Monitor project progress, track outcomes, and ensure timely reporting.Conduct impact assessments and support data-driven decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, beneficiaries, and government officials.

Ensure project activities are aligned with organizational goals and NEP 2020 guidelines.
