We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work quality, safety compliance, coordination across teams, and smooth execution in line with project plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and specifications.
- Ability to handle site operations.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Allocate tasks to workers and ensure productivity at site.
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate teams
- Preparing site reports and logging progress.
- Minimum 2 years of experienced candidates having diploma or bachelor degree in civil are preferable.
