About the Role

KG CRM Solutions is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.




- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
- Graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior sales experience in any industry/company.
- Fresh candidates with strong sales potential may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Confidence in handling client conversations.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
