Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our agile team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to understand their evolving financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.




- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, wealth advisors, and operations, to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present customized financial proposals and recommendations to clients, clearly articulating benefits and risks.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to provide informed advice to clients.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets and business development goals.
