We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Sales Officer to support student admissions and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the education sector, particularly in Aviation, Tourism, and Hospitality academies, with proven experience in achieving admission and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the academy's courses and generate admissions.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
- Conduct counselling sessions and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain an updated lead database.
- Coordinate seminars, career guidance programmes, and promotional activities.




- Support the Sales and Marketing team in achieving monthly admission targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the academy at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programmes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or admissions with Aviation, Tourism, and Hospitality training institutes/academies.
- Strong knowledge of the education and admissions process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and admission targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
