About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporates, industries, insurance companies, TPAs, educational institutions, and healthcare partners to drive business growth and strengthen the hospital's corporate presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industries, organizations, and healthcare partners.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts for health check-ups, employee wellness programs, and healthcare services.
- Promote the hospital's specialties, clinical services, and preventive healthcare programs to corporate clients.
- Coordinate corporate tie-ups, MoUs, and institutional partnerships.
- Plan and execute corporate health camps, awareness programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Work closely with doctors and department heads to promote specialty services.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Prepare marketing reports, client visit reports, and business performance updates.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate HR teams for business opportunities.
- Represent the hospital at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Marketing within a hospital or healthcare organization (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of hospital services, corporate healthcare, TPAs, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
