Job Description

- Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.
- Install, test, and calibrate instruments such as sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves.
- Monitor and maintain control systems to ensure continuous operation and reliability.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of instrumentation failures.
- Work with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems for process control.
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of instruments.
- Assist in commissioning and startup of new projects/equipment.
- Robust knowledge of process instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature).
- Experience with PLC (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), DCS, and SCADA systems.
