About the Role

Alpha Insight is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Financial Advisor – BDE to join our growing team in Indore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in navigating the financial markets, assisting clients with strategic consultation, and expanding our portfolio through effective lead generation and sales conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to establish a robust career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients interested in financial market services.

· Client Consultation: Understand client financial goals and provide insightful, professional consultations on financial markets.

· Sales Conversion: Effectively manage the sales lifecycle from initial contact to successful client onboarding and conversion.

· Market Relationship Management:



Maintain healthy communication channels and professional relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements & Highlights

· Graduates Can Apply: Open to graduates from any stream (Finance/Business backgrounds are an added advantage).

· Freshers Welcome: Tailored onboarding and support for candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

· Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with qualified clients.

· Sales Experience Preferred: Prior experience or a natural flair for sales, business development, and relationship management is preferred.
