Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee quality control activities throughout the fabrication process. The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with company and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily quality inspection activities on the shop floor.
- Inspect raw materials, fabricated components, and finished products as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct stage-wise and final inspections to ensure product quality.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
- Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments.
- Support internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
- Train operators and production teams on quality requirements and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.

Key Requirements

- Diploma/B.E.



in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in Quality Inspection or Quality Supervision.
- Experience in Fabrication and Structural Fabrication industries.
- Knowledge of Solar Structure inspection is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Good understanding of welding inspection and fabrication quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Measuring Tape.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation.

- Ability to lead inspection teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes, welding, and structural assemblies.

Preferred Candidate
