Job Description for 3D visualiser:

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 7+ years of experience who can lead projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept design to construction completion.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, material specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or execution issues.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.




- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with interior designers, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architecture.
- Strong experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong presentation and design visualization skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is an added advantage.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
