Key Responsibilities

- Supervise erection and installation of mechanical equipment, piping, pumps, blowers, tanks, valves, and instrumentation systems.
- Execute commissioning activities for ETP/STP/RO/ZLD plants.
- Conduct trial runs, performance testing, and troubleshooting during startup.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Verify drawings, P&ID;, GA drawings, and site layout before installation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
- Monitor project schedules and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
- Perform inspection and testing of equipment before commissioning.
- Handle calibration and functional checks of instruments and control systems.
- Identify and resolve operational issues during startup and stabilization.
- Train client operators for plant operation and maintenance.
- Ensure project documentation, checklists, and commissioning reports are maintained.
