About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with proven expertise in redevelopment, high-rise residential/commercial projects, statutory approvals, and project execution across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design from concept to execution.
- Prepare layouts, working drawings, and design documentation.
- Manage residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Handle statutory approvals with CIDCO, NMMC, MCGM, MHADA, SRA, Fire Department, AAI, and other authorities.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR, UDCPR, NBC, and applicable building regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Prepare tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Present design concepts to management and clients.

Mandatory Requirements

- B.Arch with COA Registration.
- 7+ years of experience in Architecture.




- Mandatory experience in Redevelopment Projects (Mumbai/Navi Mumbai).
- Strong knowledge of FSI, TDR, Premium FSI, redevelopment regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Revit/Lumion preferred).
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
