About the Role

We are looking for a Mass Communication educator who understands how content is created today.

The role focuses on practical training in scripting, shooting, editing, storytelling, social media, digital marketing, and AI-powered content creation.

You will help students build strong portfolios and prepare for careers in content, media, marketing, filmmaking, and digital communication.

What You Will Do

- Teach Mass Communication, Digital Media, and Content Creation subjects
- Train students in scripting, storytelling, research, and content planning
- Teach smartphone and camera-based video production
- Guide students in video editing and post-production
- Help students create Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, podcasts,



interviews, documentaries, and brand content
- Introduce students to social media strategy, digital marketing, and audience building
- Teach the use of AI tools in writing, image, video, audio, and content production
- Guide students through real projects, campaigns, shoots, and portfolio development

What We Are Looking For

- Solid understanding of Mass Communication and Digital Media
- Practical experience in content creation, filmmaking, journalism, advertising, or social media
- Good knowledge of scripting, shooting, editing, and storytelling
- Ability to teach through projects and hands-on sessions
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and creator-led content
- Good communication and mentoring skills
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred

Bonus If You

- Have worked with creators, agencies, production houses, or media brands
- Create and publish your own content
- Have experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
- Understand AI tools for content production
- Have mentored students on films, podcasts, campaigns, or digital content projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
