Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in RCC works, Mivan aluminium formwork, high-rise residential buildings, and finishing works, ensuring compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and applicable IS codes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections for RCC, Mivan formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), quality checklists, test reports, and QA/QC documentation.
- Perform field quality tests, including slump tests, concrete cube sampling, and material inspections.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve quality-related issues.




- Monitor the quality of incoming materials and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in internal quality audits and client/consultant inspections.
- Maintain quality records and ensure timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control for residential or commercial construction projects.
- Experience in at least one complete high-rise residential project.
- Hands-on experience with Mivan aluminium formwork is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and relevant IS codes.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
- Experience in construction material testing and quality inspections.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Pay: ₹9,727.05 - ₹43,162.80 per month
