We are looking for a responsible and organized Technical Purchase & Inventory Executive to support our R&D; team by managing the procurement of materials, inventory, and BOMs. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required components and materials are available on time for ongoing projects. A basic understanding of electronics is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good learning ability and a responsible attitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities

- Purchase electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, tools, and other project-related materials.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team to understand project requirements and arrange the required materials on time.
- Search and source components from online platforms, distributors, and local vendors.
- Compare quotations, pricing, lead times, and availability before placing orders.
- Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Ensure timely replenishment of critical materials.
- Support prototype assembly by arranging and organizing the required components and materials.
- Handle local market purchases whenever required.
- Arrange dispatch and receipt of parcels, courier shipments, and vendor deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier partners and transport services for sending and receiving project materials.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices,



courier records, and supplier details.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify alternate vendors or equivalent components when required.
- Take ownership of material planning and ensure smooth execution of procurement activities.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a similar role (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with vendors.
- Basic understanding of electronics is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel locally for market purchases and vendor visits whenever required.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred).
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
