Job Title Tender Executive GeM Portal Location Dwarka Experience 2 to 3 Years Industry Government Public Sector Tenders We are seeking a skilled Tender Executive with strong experience in handling Government e-Marketplace GeM Portal operations The ideal candidate will manage the complete tendering cycle ensure compliance and coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely submissions Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end tendering process on GeM and other e-procurement portals Create bids prepare BOQ upload documents and handle reverse auctions Monitor new tenders bids corrigenda and updates on GeM portal Prepare technical commercial documents as per tender specifications Coordinate with internal teams for approvals quotations and documentation Ensure strict compliance with government norms policies and deadlines Maintain detailed tender records MIS reports and submission trackers Handle post-bid activities such as order acceptance documentation and communication Required Skills Qualifications Mandatory experience working on the GeM Portal Strong understanding of government tendering procedures Ability to prepare technical commercial bid documents Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PDF handling Strong communication coordination and time-management skills Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Education Graduate Diploma any discipline Certification in Tender Management is an added advantage Preferred Profile Experience in PSU Central Government State Government tenders Familiarity with additional e-procurement portals besides GeM Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s What is your Current CTC What is your expected CTC What is your Notice Period Total experience as a Tender Executive Are you okay with Dwarka Delhi location Experience Gem portal 1 year Required Work Location In person
