About Idealign Idealign is a leading Project Management Consultancy dedicated to delivering construction projects with precision efficiency and transparency We work across residential commercial and industrial projects ensuring quality compliance and seamless coordination between all stakeholders Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in structural design coordination and site support The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing structural designs ensuring compliance to codes managing technical deliverables and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants Key Responsibilities Prepare review and validate structural designs and drawings for various project types Perform structural analysis and load calculations using industry-standard software STAAD ETABS SAFE etc Coordinate with architects MEP teams and site teams to resolve technical issues Ensure designs comply with IS codes and relevant building standards Review contractor submissions shop drawings and material specifications Conduct site visits to verify implementation as per design and provide technical guidance Prepare reports BOQs and design documentation for project approvals Liaise with clients consultants and authorities when required Support project planning and risk assessment from a structural standpoint Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Master s preferred Minimum 4 years of experience in structural design and engineering Strong proficiency in structural analysis software STAAD Pro ETABS SAFE Good understanding of IS codes and local building regulations Ability to read and interpret drawings with strong attention to detail Experience working on residential commercial and industrial projects Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines Good communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders Preferred Skills Experience coordinating with contractors and consultants Knowledge of project management tools or workflows Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Why Join Idealign Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects Team-oriented setting with growth and learning opportunities Competitive compensation and career development pathways Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Calicut Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Structural Design 4 years Required Work Location In person
