Safely dismantle existing EV battery packs as per standard operating procedures SOPs Remove and refit Flexible Printed Circuits FPCs within battery modules Cut or modify module side plates aluminum plastic when required Apply PET insulation stickers for electrical safety Install pressure distribution plates to maintain module strength and alignment Reassemble battery packs with precision and safety compliance Maintain detailed campaign records including logbooks reports and photographic documentation Requirements Qualification ITI Diploma in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or related field Experience 0-3 years Freshers with hands-on technical aptitude are welcome Skills Basic understanding of EV components and electrical safety Ability to use hand tools and follow standard assembly procedures Positive attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Additional Requirements Willingness to work on-site at multiple Pune locations Must follow strict safety and quality standards
