About Plum Healthcare in India is seeing a phenomenal shift with inflation in healthcare costs 3x that of general inflation A majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own and so as many as 600 million Indians will likely have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance Plum is on a mission to provide the highest quality insurance and healthcare to 10 million lives by FY2030 through companies that care Plum is backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners About the role We re looking for an energetic and organised Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute programs that bring our brand to life - from events and webinars to local initiatives You ll work closely with sales and product teams to create campaigns that connect with our audience manage event logistics end-to-end and track performance to improve future efforts Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the creation execution and measurement of in-person virtual programs including events webinars and local initiatives to drive lead generation and customer engagement Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with audiences Manage logistics and operations for local events including vendor coordination venue selection and on-site support to ensure successful execution Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future marketing efforts Act as a brand ambassador at events delivering engagements and fostering relationships with key stakeholders Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field 4-6 years of experience in marketing preferably in field marketing or enterprise marketing Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships
